The Holistic Core Restore® 'Everywoman' programme is a 12 week course, split into 6 weeks coaching and then 6 weeks working with support and input via our online portal. You’ll have guidance from Liz throughout and by the end of the programme will be well on the way to perfect pelvic health!
The programme is adaptable for virtually all women, and Liz will ensure that the programme is tailored to suit your particular goals. Ultimately, it's designed to confidently 'bring you back home' to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health being the central focus.

Why does this programme get results?
In short 'squeeze and lift' exercises aren't the whole story. Your pelvic floor and core muscles don't exist in isolation, separate to the movements of your whole body and your breath. And so for your pelvic floor and your entire core to work as it was designed to, we need to re-introduce it to work with rest of you whilst you’re not necessarily 'thinking' about it as well......just like it used to do before you had babies or before you reached the Menopause. This programme takes into account both conscious pelvic floor and and core work and unconscious work too through movement timed with your breath. It's the 'belt and braces' approach and ultimately.....it's effective in 6 weeks, and a truly well established habit with improved results in 12 Weeks. This programme runs for 6-weeks and you will be part of a small group of 6-8 like minded women. You will meet with Liz once a week and complete your online homework, which is approximately 10 mins in duration, 2 or 3 times a week, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator. You will receive a brilliant booklet to accompany the course.
The live class and homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the duration of the course, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.
