Liz’s Pilates online classes are designed to help you feel revitalised without over-exertion. Perfect for those with some Pilates experience seeking gentle, effective exercise, these classes focus on increasing energy, reducing tension, and providing some well-deserved “me time.” Liz’s approach helps build core strength, alleviate aches and pains, and tone the pelvic floor, creating an overall sense of wellbeing. If you haven’t done Pilates before please message Liz to discuss further.
Preparing for your online class
Wear comfortable, loose clothing; barefoot is recommended or non-slip socks.
Ensure a private space with a mat and small pillow for support.
Zoom instructions: Download the app on your preferred device. You’ll receive a link to join upon booking.
Privacy Note: Your screen and device name will be visible to others. Liz will video herself but not the screen. Attendance is noted.
Cost:
£10 per session in half termly blocks
(Sessions are recorded and may be accessed via Vimeo for the duration of the block)
