Advice on staying fit, strong and active throughout pregnancy
Pelvic floor assessment and advice for pregnancy, birth and recovery
Guidance on pelvic floor strengthening and learning to relax and lengthen the pelvic floor
Preparing your pelvic floor for birth, including perineal massage advice and techniques
Advice around bladder and bowel symptoms, including leaking, urgency and constipation
Helping you understand how to protect and support your pelvic floor during pregnancy, birth and beyond
Practical advice to help reduce the risk of persistent pelvic floor, abdominal, back and pelvic problems following pregnancy and birth
Individualised treatment, lifestyle advice and exercises to help you feel comfortable, strong and confident

Liz will ask you to fill in some background info via a form when you book online to save time on the day
55 minute pregnancy assessment with a womens health physio
Discussion about your concerns & what you’d like to get from your appointment
Assessment of your posture, movement and function (leggings and a vest top are ideal for this)
Internal pelvic floor assessment as appropriate
Hands on assessment & treatment
Exercise and advice tailored to you
Cost:
£105 for initial consultation (55 mins)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Please note Mondays are upstairs.
£75 follow up sessions (45mins)

Each assessment includes personalised advice on safe exercises, appropriate supports, and practical tips to enhance your well-being throughout pregnancy.
