Pregnancy Pilates
Shawford, nr Winchester.
Feel strong, comfortable & confident through your pregnancy.
Liz's Pregnancy Pilates classes are a lovely way to keep moving, stay strong and enjoy some time for yourself as your body changes through pregnancy.
These friendly, supportive classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy (yes some women have attended at 40 weeks!) whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been practicing for years. Sessions focus on strength, mobility, posture, core and pelvic floor awareness, breathing and preparing your body for birth — helping you feel energised rather than exhausted.
And because you're exercising alongside other mums-to-be, it's a great opportunity to meet women going through the same stage of life and build a little community along the way.
Classes are led by Liz, a Stott Pilates certified Mat Pilates teacher and women's health physiotherapist, with specialist pregnancy Pilates training through the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and Stott Pilates. So you can enjoy your Pilates with the added reassurance that your changing body is understood.
Classes are very popular and usually book in advance.
Email Liz to join the waiting list and she'll contact you before new classes are released.
